Google Developer Group (GDG) Brunswick is a community-run group for developers, tech enthusiasts, and community organizers. We focus on exploring Google’s technologies, with a special emphasis on AI, and how they can be used to solve local and global challenges.
GDG Brunswick is part of a global network of over 1,000 chapters in more than 140 countries. While we are an independent community supported by Google, our membership in this network gives our members access to world-class resources and a global community of experts. You can explore the main Google Developer Groups page to see how big this community really is.
Everyone! Whether you are a professional developer, a student, a sociology professor (like our founder!), or just someone curious about tech, you are welcome. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive "multi-potentialite" community.
No. Membership and most of our events are free of charge.
While we are based in the Golden Isles, many of our sessions, like our "Build with AI" series, are virtual or hybrid, allowing global members to join.
Not at all. We believe in "AI Literacy for All," so we design our events to be approachable.
By hitting "Join" on our official GDG Brunswick page, you’ll receive email updates about upcoming events, gain access to global Google Developer resources, and be able to RSVP for our sessions.
We love local and global speakers! If you have a project or perspective on inclusive tech, AI, or sustainability, please contact any of the organizers via email, LinkedIn, or the "Contact" button on our site.
We follow Google’s standard community guidelines. Your information is used only to send chapter updates and manage event RSVPs.
